Our retail shop is located in Chingford, in North East London bordering the county of Essex. We are a United Kingdom based company. Our 35 years of experience brings knowledge and professional expertise in products ranging across brands supplied by national and international companies. We are authorised stockist of Wilton™, Knightsbridge PME, Culpitt and JEM products whilst supporting other leading brands in the Cake Industry.

We design and supply all types of cakes for all special occasions. We can design and supply cakes from the simple to the elaborate and cater for corporate customers with promotional cake designs.

From our experience we have seen that ‘The Wilton™ Way of Cake Decorating’ courses have been an enjoyable way for students to develop new skills and further existing skills in a short space of time. For the more experienced cake decorators we run the advanced PME course modules which are nationally and internationally certificated diploma courses and count towards the PME Masters Certificate. All our classes take place in Chingford and we are in the throes of creating a new Studio Classroom Training facility to supplement our present training classroom.

Our Retail Shop is open to the public Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00am - 4.00pm. We stock an extensive range of cake decorating tools, sugar paste, sprinkles, baking tins and baking supplies. For those who only bake for the special occasion we also hire out novelty baking tins. All types of customers are welcomed from novice to professional.
